MANAGEMENT CONSULTING

A company is made of people, places, spaces, processes. The environment impacts our emotions and conditions our "being" within the company. A change in the spatial layout and arrangement of desks can be enough to increase well-being and make a place more productive.
I support the Management department in managing the people who live in the company: I analyse the needs starting from the structural evaluation of the internal organisation and propose development programmes aimed at improving relations and processes, the climate and therefore productivity.

SERVICES FOR BUSINESSES

ANALYSIS OF THE NEEDS
Through interviews with key figures, I assist the Management and/or HR department in understanding latent as well as explicit needs. Through the use of questionnaires, I analyse the people′s latent potential in order to optimise roles and tasks on the basis of the organisational chart. I create customised medium- and long-term development projects.
BEHAVIOURAL TRAINING
I train people to implement new behaviours. I propose trainings in which starting with short theoretical overviews, we will experiment with new forms of being to obtain results with less effort.
The topics will be defined during the analysis, e.g. circular or vertical communication, creating a cohesive and collaborative team, time management, leadership and followership development, creativity development, etc.
CORPORATE COACHING
A process designed to empower key figures through targeted and specific coachings in order to facilitate the person to adopt the behaviours appropriate to the specific role. The project entails the involvement not only of the person to be coached, but of the entire team, which will be given accountability and will be an active player of the individual′s success.
STRUCTURAL TRAINING
Transforming the workbook into a "talking" organisation chart. Moving from the concept of tasks to the concept of results. Definition of objectives, roles, role responsibilities embodied in behaviours to be trained. Definition, preparation and management of meetings.

Starting from the values that emerge from the interviews, with a focus on the past, we outline the route according to the great goal we want to achieve. Who we want to be as a corporate body and how we want it to be, whilst keeping faith with the principles, traditions and desires that make every company unique and unrepeatable.
PROSSEMICS
The arrangement of objects, light sources and furniture in a house influence the level of well-being of the inhabitants and provide us with information about the people living in it. Similarly, the arrangement of offices, furniture, light and objects within a company communicates who a business wants to be and influences who works in it. How I use space within a workplace influences the way I work. And productivity.
I offer advice on arranging workspaces according to what the Management wishes to convey and the emotions that are to be fostered.
PERSONNEL GROWTH
I support the Management and HR departments in conducting recruitment interviews to increase the likelihood of long-term success. By means of analysis tools, I facilitate the integration of new resources into work contexts. I indicate and set up suitable conditions to reduce the assimilation time of new resources in the work group by decreasing the risk of turnover. I advise on career advancements, reward systems and performance appraisal.
